State Line? Seriously? mmm, I consider you a foodie, so I am surprised. Ev misses you too; she was really asking for your house a lot today.
Well, I remember how good the ribs are there most of the time. In fact, I was inspired by the meme and my answer to the favorite restaurant to cook up some slow-smoked baby backs today. Took all day from 1000 to 1600 and they are great.
Azuma or Da Marco would be 2nd choice.
