Ooh! Aah!
I love eggplant parmagian, but I never make it myself. :-) Guess I should try that!
I've been enjoying the wines you helped me pick out via the telephone. The Montepulciano was a fantastic wine -- and only $7!!
oooh oooh, I'll have somma that! We dined on pizza again tonight -- and I'd saved the peppers from our picnic with you guys. Thought of you...
Nothing wrong with a food blog with delicious food like that!
Food blog is great, how about some recipes to go along with the pictures?
Cathy
Well Cathy, the problem is I do not use recipes usually and whatever is around gets used...........
This was eggplant --sliced, floured , breaded and fried in EVO. Ground beef, 3 cheeses, peppers, Marinara,
I made 3 layers of the stuff and baked at 350 fro 35 to 40 mins.
