We had two children in NYC then we moved to Dallas where we had our third child. Subsequently we moved to Cincinnati, St. Louis, Dallas, Midland, Houston, El Paso and back to Houston where we are now living.

Sounds like the service I got in London...very slow. But then again, they don't expect tips. Do you have to tip for that slow delivery in Cloudcroft?
Well it wan't the fault of the wait staff. The kitchen was overloaded with Holiday Lunch. I gave her $4.50 for a 24 dollar order.
